About the Project
The Hilltop is a neighborhood of neighborhoods, and the proposal, West Broad Street Unification Project, aims to start connecting these communities through public art and activation. The idea builds upon the Envision Hilltop Community Plan and draws inspiration from community-gathered desires. Two sites, one within Highland West, and another within Westgate will receive new neighborhood-branded mural and bicycle racks. The sites will further be activated with food trucks and other events that bring the neighborhoods together.
